At Keys.Pak, we stand by the quality of our keychains and want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 60-Day Replacement Guarantee.
If your keychain arrives damaged, defective, or breaks under normal use within 60 days of delivery, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
What’s Covered:
• Keychains that arrive broken or damaged.
• Manufacturing defects (e.g., printing issues, wrong engraving, faulty hardware).
• Breakage caused by normal everyday use within 60 days.
What’s Not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear after extended use.
• Scratches, fading, or minor marks from daily handling.
• Loss or theft of your keychain.
• Damage caused by accidents (e.g., dropped in water, run over, fire damage).
• Modifications or tampering with the keychain after delivery.
How to Request a Replacement:
1. Contact us within 60 days at via Instagram @keys.pak
2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
3. Once approved, we’ll send out your replacement as quickly as possible.
